COVID-19 RT-PCR Test – Results in 24-48 Hours

Please note that due to cold weather conditions we will only be collecting COVID-19 RT-PCR test samples curbside Monday to Friday from 10:00AM to 4:00PM, Saturday 10:00AM to 3:00PM and on Sunday from 12:00PM to 2:00PM. Please call the pharmacy before coming in after that time for a COVID-19 RT-PCR test if you need an exception.

COVID-19 Antigen (Rapid – 10 mins results) at home test kits are also available to purchase for $26.99 +tx (limited quantity). If you wish to buy any, simply mention it to the staff member serving you while you are waiting in line for your RT-PCR test.

COVID-19 RT-PCR Test instructions (Please read carefully):

  • Please do not come inside the pharmacy and wait in your car curbside (You may only enter if you are asymptomatic and testing for travel purposes).
  • Complete the online registration form below for each individual in your party.
  • Only call the store (732-785-9711) to alert us you are here if there is no line outside. There will a team member outside working in the order you arrive in the curbside line.
  • The self-administered RT-PCR test kits will be provided to you and your party upon arrival, no appointment is necessary.
  • There is a processing fee (not covered by insurance) of $30 per test to be paid at the time of service. Please bring exact change in cash if possible for quicker processing, credit card is also accepted. We process information for Atvivo lab and handle specimens just like a doctor’s office does with bloodwork, we do not bill your insurance or the government for testing as we can only bill for prescriptions here, the lab will bill your insurance for your COVID-19 test.
  • As soon as your lab results become available, the Atvivo lab will send an automatic email from CareEvolve@lknotification.com. This email will include the steps to register and login to the lab portal required to receive your results. If you have not received your alert by the earliest time of 10:00PM the next day after handing in your specimen, please check your SPAM folder first and then you may then contact us so we can email you directly instead if your results are available to us at this time.
  • Please be sure to check your email confirmation after registration to ensure all information has been submitted correctly and see an important message from our pharmacists.
